Clean rooms. Quiet. Pool was nice.

Once we arrived, they did not have our reservation. Spent 35 minutes trying to contact Booked.net. They said it was hotels fault. Hotel said it was Booked.nets fault. Eventually had to take larger rooms since they did not have anything else available. Manager at hotel did finally credit us back the difference in room price. Will definitely be skeptical of using Booked.net again.

We stayed on 10/19 and also 10/21/14 - we had our dog with us so needed a pet friendly room. On the 19th was totally fine but on the 21st the room was not vacuumed - candy wrappings and little bits of food on the carpet which our dog wanted. Also the sink in the bathroom was plugged so it took about 15 min or more to drain. We mentioned this when we left and the gal at the front desk didn't write anything down so not sure if anything was done to correct the issues. I am sure whoever cleaned the room before would have noticed the plugged sink -
